Refund Policy

Our Refund Policy is as follows:

You shall not be entitled to receive a refund once the IV infusion process has commenced, including in circumstances when the service is not completed for whatever reason. In the event that the IV infusion has not commenced a refund of up to 50 % will be given if: 1) you cancel or change scheduled services once medical professional is en-route, 2) a medical professional arrives at your location and is either unable to commence infusion, or you refuse treatment.
